Orris Edward Williams, 84, died Dec 28, 2003, at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center-LTC.
He was born on June 12, 1919, in Bloomfield Township, Fife Lake, the son of Floyd and Elsie (Stampfler) Williams.
Orris is survived by Maxine, his wife of 37 years; daughter, Deloris (Jerry) Allen of Lake City; stepsons, Stanley (Ruth Ann) Snyder of Kalkaska and Harold Snyder of Fife Lake; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brother Athel (Helen) Williams of Gaylord, and many nieces and nephews.
Orris was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Lois A. Williams; brothers, Elery Williams and Arden Williams; and sister, Nettie Sandford.
Visitation was held on Dec. 30 at Wolfe Funeral Home. The funeral will be on Wednesday, Dec. 31 at 1pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at Fife Lake Cemetery.
