Funeral services will be held for Lester W. Haskin at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Fife Lake Methodist Church. Rev. Gerald Hedlund will officiate. Burial will be in Clark Cemetery in Kalkaska County.
Haskin, 58, died Monday morning in Mercy Hospital at Cadillac, where he had been a patient for two weeks but ill for some time.
He was born in Kalkaska County Aug 15, 1911. He had been employed as an electrician.
Surviving are six sons, William B. of Fife Lake; Felice of Mt. Pleasant; Douglas L. of Los Angeles, Calif.; Charles D. of Lansing and Theodore J. and Dennis B. both of Manton; four daughters, Mrs. Dale (Rose) Bainbridge, Miss Sandra J. and Miss Vicki S., all of Manton and Mrs. Stephen (Marcia) Perry of Lansing; and 14 grandchildren.
Also surviving with a brother, Erwin of Grand Rapids are seven sisters, Mrs. Floyd (Erva) Burt of Flint; Mrs. Joseph (Ada) McCabe of Ada; Mrs. Forrest (Mae) Clark of Mt. Pleasant; Mrs. John (Lucille) Kelley of Detroit; Mrs. Eva Ritter, Frederic; Mrs. Elsie Birgy of Kalkaska; Mrs. William (Anna) Robins of Comstock Park.
