Mrs. Marsha Kay Zimmerman, 21, of 720 Decatur St., died at 6am Sun in San Antonio Hospital, she had given birth to a son on Sat.
Born Apr 24, 1945 in Kenton, she was the daughter of Arthur and Vivian (Ream) Carpenter. She was married to Walter Zimmerman Jr. in 1965 and he survives.
Also surviving is the son, Walter Craig; her mother, of Kenton; sisters, Mrs. Richard (Joyce) Shirk, Mrs. Wayne (Arlene) Rogers and Mrs. Eddie (Peggy) Manns, all of Kenton, and Mrs. Robert (Kathryn) Bridenstine, Route 2, Forest; a brother, Louis, Kenton; and grandparents, Mrs. Hattie Carpenter, Mount Victory, and Mrs. Ethel Ream, Dunkirk.
Mrs. Zimmerman was a member of the First Church of God and was a life resident of Kenton.
Services are at 1:30pm Thu in the Schindewolf Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. S.M. Oyler will officiate with burial in Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7pm Tue.
