Lillian Mae Kimball Anderson, 67, died at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City on Saturday, Nov. 6, 2004. She was born in Grand Rapids on Jan. 6, 1937, the daughter of Elery and Lorraine (Birgy) Williams.
Lillian was the owner of Kimball’s Market anc Beauty Salon and Restaurant. She was a member of the FIA Board, the Kalkaska County American Legion Auxiliary Post #219 and the Baptist Church.
Lillian is survived by a daughter, Dianna Voice of Fife Lake; a son, Kevin Kimball of Fife Lake; sisters, Mrs. Virginia (Duane) Thomas of Kalkaska and Mrs. Barbara (Dennis) Bridson of Fife Lake; a brother, Rodney Williams of Fife Lake; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Robert D. Kimball; her second husband, John A. Anderson; and two brothers in infancy.
Visitation will take place this evening, Nov. 9, from 4 to 8pm at the Covell-Smith Funeral Home in Kingsley.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm Wednesday, Nov. 10, at the Fife Lake Baptist Church. Burial will be in Fife Lake Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Commission for the Blind or to the American Diabetes Association.
