Helen June Heckman, age 90, died on Wed, Mar 23, 2016 at Lost Creek Care Center.
She was born Mar 9, 1926, the daughter of the late Melvin and Mildred Numbers Lanning. She was married to the late William Heckman for over 70 years.
Helen was a homemaker. She was an avid painter of ceramics, which she shared many of her works with her kids, grandkids, and relatives.
She is survived by a son, William (Linda) Heckman; daughter, Vicki (Terry) Selby; brother, Larry (Deb) Lanning; 8 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 3 daughters: Barbara June Heckman, Joyce (Bruce) Merry, and Karen (Wilbur) Glaze.
A gathering will be held Sat, Apr 2, 2016 from 1-3pm at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville, OH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
