Services for Luther E. Snyder, 69, of Fife Lake will be Friday at 1 p.m. in Covell-Smith Funeral Home in Kingsley. The Rev. Harris Hoekwater will officiate.
Mr. Snyder died Tuesday at Mercy Hospital in Cadillac.
He was born July 27, 1912 in Springfield Township in Kalkaska County.
Mr. Snyder was a lifelong resident of Fife Lake, and farmed most of his life.
He is survived by a son, Leonard Snyder of Lake City; two daughters, Luelle Helsel of Lake City, and Ellen Helsel of Grayling; a brother, Wilbur of Traverse City; two sisters, Thelma Hanna of Fife Lake, and Vernice Peterson of Sydney; 10 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Burial will be in the Springfield Cemetery.
