Lawrence Burgess, age 69 of Avoca, died Wed, Mar 18, 1998 at his home of natural causes.
He was born Jul 6, 1928 in Brown City. He was the son of the late Thomas and Delia Clark Burgess. His marriage to Darlene Holsworth was Dec 20, 1952.
Lawrence served four years with the US Navy, was a great bricklayer and served 30 years volunteer fireman for Kenockee Twp. He enjoyed fishing, traveling, and camping.
He is survived by his loving wife, Darlene; a son Randall (Margaret) Burgess; two daughters, Cynthia (Tiimothy)
