Laurel VanderBrook, 75, of RR1, Fife Lake, died Saturday at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center following a long illness.
He was born April 17, 1902, in Kalamazoo and had been a resident of the Fife Lake area most of his life.
Surviving in addition to his wife, M. Anita (Davenport), are two brothers, Ray and Burdette of Cadillac.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Smith Funeral Home, Kingsley, with Rev. Orrin VanLoon Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Springfield Township Cemetery, Fife Lake.
Friends may call at the funeral home anytime until services.
