Fred Hodge, 80, of Hammond died 7:55 am Sat, Dec 5, 1998 in Sullivan Healthcare Center.
Following cremation, disposition will be in Howe Cemetery near Shelbyville. Arrangements are by Howe & Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville.
Mr. Hodge was born in Traverse City, MI on Sep 18, 1918, the son of James and Olive Hodge. He was retired from Natural Gas Pipeline of American, was a veteran of WWII and a member of Roy Vanderpool American Legion Post 81 of Shelbyville. He married Roberta Owens on Apr 7, 1944.
Surviving are his wife; sons, James of Lenexa, KS; Donald of Lovington; Robert of Hammond; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
