Frances A. Cronce, 86, of 8021 Shephard Road, died Tue, Jan 18, 1983, in Marlette Community Hospital.

Frances Clark was born Dec 19, 1896 in Caro. She married Earl Cronce Dec 5, 1916, in Omard. He died Apr 23, 1975.

Mrs. Cronce was a life member of the Rebekah Lodge.

She is survived by one son, Julian, Florida; five daughters, Mrs. Ruth Dedene, Brown City, Mrs. Helen Wolvin, Mount Morris, Mrs. Neva Meyers, Port Huron, Mrs. Lila Chandler, Melvin, and Mrs. Olive Perry, Richmond; two sisters, Mrs. Jane Walker, Marlette, and Mrs. Mary Clapsaddle, Brown City; 35 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren.

A son, Leland, died in May 1975.

Services will be held at 1 pm Friday in the Carman Funeral Home, Brown City. The Rev. Bob McDonald of the Calvary Baptist Church, Brown City, will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Brown City.
