Dora L (Silvers) Alcorn, 72, of Brooksville, died Wednesday (Apr 4, 2007) in the Brooksville Regional Hospital. Born in Cadillac, MI, she came here 50 years ago from Michigan. She was a retired bartender at Johnny’s Bar and Crossroads Bar in Brooksville. She enjoyed playing cards and crossword puzzles. Survivors include daughter, Cheryl Alcorn, son, Rex, and two sisters, Nelda Huett and Lola Shearer, all of Brooksville; and two brothers, Donald Silvers, Florida, and Gary Silvers, Michigan.
