Alfred C. Hansen, 70, of Lansing, formerly of Kalkaska, died Mon, May 29, 2000, at his home.
Mr. Hansen had been employed by General Motors Corp. in Lansing for 25 y ears prior to his retirement. He lived in Kalkaska for many years before returning to Lansing. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
A.C. was born in Remus on Jan 8, 1930, to Arthur and Bertha Ames Hansen.
Surviving are son Tim Hansen of Manistique; daughter Tammy Schmidt of Rives Junction; mother Bertha Hansen of Kalkaska; brother Winfield Hansen of Kalkaska; sister Dorothy Darke of Muskegon; former wife Phyllis Hansen of Kalkaska; and two grandchildren.
Brother John C Hansen preceded him in death.
Memorial services were Jun 2 at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska; Rev. David McCool, pastor of the Kalkaska Church of the Nazarene, officiated. Inurnment was in Evergreen Cemetery, Kalkaska.
