Albert T. Morgan, 69, of 6620 Bryce Rd, Goodells, died unexpectedly Monday in his home of an apparent heart attack.
He was born May 17, 1902, in Sanilac County. He lived in the area most of his life. He married Marcella White, Mar 4, 1932, in Port Huron. She died Nov 29, 1966.
He was a member of the Blue Water Pony Trotting Association.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Marjorie Condland, Port Huron; two sons, Clarence, Goodells, and Marlin, Milford; four sisters, Mrs. Florence Lawrence, Royal Oak, Mrs. Olive Gerds, Oscoda, MI, Mrs. Neva Mason, and Miss Agnes Morgan, both of Avoca; three brothers, Alvin and Dan both of Avoca, and Elburn, Goodells, and 12 grandchildren.
The remains will be in the Rister Funeral Home, Avoca, after 7 pm today.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Thursday in the funeral home with Rev. John Thomas, pastor of Ruby United Methodist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Ruby Cemetery.
