Virginia Ann Tobey, aged 71, of Wyoming, passed away Mon, Jun 21, 1999. She was preceded in death by her brother, John Thayer II. Survived by her daughter, Robbin; two granddaughters, Alexzandra and Jacqueline. A memorial service will be held Mon, Jun 28 at 1 pm at Restlawn on Eastern. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Cancer Society.
