Thomas Luther Kelley, aged 74, of Fife Lake, died Fri at his home. He had lived and worked in Grand Rapids as a welder and sheet metal worker from 1953 until his retirement in 1980 and moving back to Fife Lake. He was a member of Sheet Metal Workers International Association Local 410. He was born May 26, 1915 in Fife Lake to John and Mabel (Aldridge) Kelley. He is survived by six daughters, Karen Schmidt of Holt, Linda Kelley, April Butler, Diane McDonald, Mary Sullivan, and Kay Stocker all of Fife Lake; one son, John Kelley of Pompano Beach, FL; two brothers, Jim and Robert Kelley both of Buckley; one sister, Helen Atkins of Cheboygan. Funeral Services were held today at 2pm at the Covell-Smith Funeral Home, Kingsley, with Burial in Springfield Township Cemetery, Fife Lake.
