Sharon Lynn Zundel Eichstadt went to be with the Lord peacefully in her home on Little Glen Lake in the presence of her family on Apr 7, 2002. Sharon was born on Feb 10, 1936, in Detroit, the daughter of Ed and Vivian Zundel.

Sharon's life taught all of us who remain an important lesson of love. She was a beautiful example of what it means to be most giving and unselfish in every way. Sharon loved and enjoyed life. Her smile and sense of humor were a joy to all who had the opportunity to know her. We will never forget her laughter and welcoming spirit as we enjoyed so many wonderful family get togethers. She loved to be busy and accomplish something every day. Her hardworking hands helped build the house she and John lived in, as well as always helping those who needed her. Sharon was also an excellent seamstress who could work miracles with material. Her creativity has left all of us with happy memories and beautiful quilts and clothes. Sharon and her mom shared this passion as well as a very close relationship from many hours spent together. Sharon's role as an aunt and great aunt to her brothers children was also special.

Sharon worked at Boyne Mountain for 20 years, she belonged to the Bonita Springs Quilting Club in Florida, Blue Lake Quilters Club and the Women's Moose Club in Bonita.
