Died of cancer on the 1st inst., Sarah, beloved wife of William Westover, Sr., aged 53 years and two months. She leaves a husband, three sons, and a large circle of friends to mourn her loss.
Funeral services were conducted on Monday by the Rev. A. A. Stephens of Gladwin. Deceased was born in Canada, and emigrated with her husband to Sanilac county, Mich., where she taught school successfully for a number of years.
She moved with her husband and family to the township of Butman six years ago during which time she has suffered from cancer, which she bore with Christian fortitude until Sabbath morning when death put an end to her suffering.
