Mrs. Opal I. Carl, 84, of Kalkaska, died Tue, Nov 23, 1993 at the Kalkaska Memorial Health Center, Long-Term Care.
She was a member of the Evergreen Bible Baptist Church, and she enjoyed crocheting and crafts.
She was born on Oct 17, 1909, in Kalkaska County, to Seibert and Minnie Albaugh Lamerson. On May 14, 1977, in Clarkston, she married Clyde Carl, who preceded her in death on Jan 31, 1993.
Surviving are one son, Herman Webb of South Boardman; one sister Ruth Sharp of Washington; six grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Harold, one daughter, Eloise Jean Byrns, one brother, Russell and one sister Esther Larson.
Funeral services were held Fri, Nov 26, 1993, at the Wolfe Funeral Home, Kalkaska. E. Dan Johnson, pastor of the Kalkaska Church of Christ, officiated. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery, Manton.
