Ollie Boshers, 79, of Ceresco and Punta Gorda, FL, died Tuesday in a hospital in Punta Gorda after a short illness.
He was born in Alabama, moved to Michigan as a young man and moved to Ceresco 22 years from the Battle Creek area. He was employed by Eaton Corp. in Battle Creek until his retirement. He was a member of Bedford F & AM Lodge.
He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Jackson; sons, Charles W. Boshers of Dowling and Barry Boshers of Germantown, MD; a daughter, Judith Lackey of Savannah, GA; a sister, Hilda Farrington of East Leroy; a brother, Erskine Boshers of Battle Creek; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Cremation was conducted. Memorial services will be held at 1 pm. Sunday at Morgan Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Bedford F&AM Lodge. Arrangements were by Schultz and McKee Funeral Home, Punta Gorda.
