Mary A Halpin, 92, of 838 Church St, Lapeer, died Sunday in Lapeer County General Hospital.
She was born Apr 6, 1885, in Michigan, the daughter of Joseph and Mary Stock.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Lapeer and the Altar Society. Mrs. Halpin was also a member of the Order of Martha. She was a retired attendant nurse at Oakdale Center.
Mrs. Halpin leaves 3 daughters, Mrs. Florence Schlaud of Grand Blanc, Mrs. Nora Buike of Imlay City, and Mary Lynck of Davison; a sister, Florence Stock; a brother, J. J. Stock of Tucson; 5 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and a great great grandchild.
Services were held this Wed at Immaculate Conception Church. The Rev. Charels Goentges officiated. Burial was in Mt Loretto Cemetery, Lapeer.
