Margaret R. (Volner) Bartholomew, 89, of Kalkaska, passed away Thu, Feb 19, 2009, at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center, LTC. She was born May 11, 1919, in Barrington.
Margaret married Rex S. Bartholomew and he preceded her in death. Both of her sons, Harry Albert and Rex Lee, also preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter in law, Barbara Bartholomew; six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Margaret was a member of the Forest Area Bible Church for many years. She enjoyed her flower gardens and her family.
The funeral service was held Mon, Feb 23 at 5 pm at the Wolfe-O'Neill Funeral Home, The Rev. Cal Meyers from Forest Area Bible Church, officiated. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
