Lynn P Waterman, 91, of Rapid City passed away on Dec 5, 2003, as a result of an automobile accident near Rapid City. He was born on Feb 5, 1912, in Waukon, IA, the son of Charles and Maude (Deal) Waterman.
Lynn married Theresa Marie Glinski on Oct 15, 1938, in Detroit. Lynn retired from Chrysler in 1974 after 27 years of service. Lynn and Theresa moved from Southfield to Rapid City in 1976. He enjoyed music, watching movies and woodworking.
Lynn is survived by his children, MaryAnn (Thomas Kyle) Waterman of Farmington, Richard Alan (Sharon) Waterman of Rapid City, Judith Lorraine (Ernest) Roy of Livonia, and Frances Marie (Nicholas) Mikula of Redford; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; brother, Kenesaw Waterman of Alpine, AZ; ans sister, Janice Bensek of Longview, TX.
Lynn was preceded in death by his wife, Theresa, and son Lynn Paul Waterman Jr.
Visitation was held Dec 7, and Dec 8 at the Wolfe Funeral Home. Memorials may be directed to Cherryland Humane Society, 1750 Ahlberg, Traverse City, MI 49686.
