Mrs. Donna E. Hittle, 75, of Kalkaska, died Wed, Aug 31, 1994 at the Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
Mrs. Hittle was born on Dec 29, 1918, in Newaygo County, MI, to Bert S. and Sylvia R. (Siscoe) Angell. On Oct 17, 1936, in South Bend, IN, she married Ford Hittle, who preceded her in death on Jan 24, 1993.
Surviving are three sons, Burton and Willard Hittle, both of Alden, and Dennis Hittle of Rapid City; three daughters, Barbara (Kenneth) Thornburg of Kalkaska, Sylvia (Richard) Miller of Alden and Ellen (Grady) Slade of Sebring, FL; one sister, Evelyn Hodgson of Ferrysburg; 43 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one son, Mark A. Hittle, three grandchildren, one great grandchild and three brothers.
Funeral services were held Sat, Sep 3, 1994, at the Wolfe Funeral Home, Kalkaska. Dale Whipple officiated. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery, Kalkaska County. Memorial contributions may be given to the family.
