Benjamin Franklin Stuck, 72, died Wednesday, Dec 21, in Williamsburg Community Hospital. A native of Maryland, he was a Providence Forge resident most of his life. He was an Army veteran of World War II, a recipient of purple heart, a member of American Legion Post 141, and a charter member of New Kent Volunteer Fire Department. He retired from Carolton’s TV of West Point as a service manager. Survivors include his wife, Llewellyn Bagby Stuck; three daughters, Rose Bollinger, Carol Stewart and Theresa Hogge, all of New Kent County; and four grandchildren. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Nelson Funeral Home Chapel, Richmond. Burial in Woodland Cemetery, Ashland. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at the funeral home. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Providence Forge Volunteer Rescue Squad.
