Astrid (Tootsie) Fegan, on Sep 11, at the age of 94, Astrid peacefully took her last breathe and died in her home at Foundation House in Federal Way. Astrid had a smile that would light up a room, and was dearly loved by family and friends for her hospitality and warm welcomes into her home and her heart. Astrid is survived by John her husband of 74 years, daughter, Joan Coulson, Son Andrew Fegan, nine grandchildren, 8 great granddaughters, and her sister, Ruth Monement. Her daughters Sally Nyman and Patty Richardson preceded her in death. A Memorial Service will be held Oct 9 at 1:30 pm at Foundation House, 32290 First Ave, So, Federal Way.
