William H. Manley, 61, of Kalkaska, died Wed, Feb 5, 1997, at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.
Mr. Manley was employed as an engineer for Standard Products Company for over 20 years. He was an avid reader and fisherman.
Born in Detroit on Oct 31, 1935, he was the son of William H and Arline M (Burgeson) Manley. On Jun 6, 1959, in Alpena, he married Flossie Allen, who survives.
Also surviving are son William H. (Angela) of Lincoln, NE; daughters Suzanne (Jeff) Raymond of Kalkaska and Samantha (Steve) Wilson of Rudyard; mother Arline of Alpena; brother Richard (Marge) of Alpena; sister Judy of San Jose, CA; and seven grandchildren, William, Emily, and Zachary of Lincoln, NE; Jeson and Caralie of Kalkaska; and Mitchell and Tyler of Rudyard.
Services were Feb 8 at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Gary Macomber officiated. Cremation followed the services. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
