Mrs. Vivian E. Anderson, aged 83, formerly of Grand Rapids, died Dec 22, 1989. She had resided the past few years near her daughter, Susan Noble in Vicksburg. She was born Apr 13, 1906 in Fremont, the daughter of Irwin and Nellie (Barks) Tinney. She was married to Leo D. Anderson who preceded her in death. Surviving besides her daughter, Susan Noble of Vicksburg are one son in law, Charles Kirlikowski; one brother and sister in law, LaMonte and Elaine Tinney of Fremont; eight grandchildren, Elizabeth Swartz, Sue Hale, and Andy Noble all of Kalamazoo, Beverly Butler and Jennifer Skinner of CA, Mary Swartz of AK, Cathy Anderson of Grand Rapids, Michael Anderson of Battle Creek; nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Peter and a daughter, Beverly Kirlikowski. She belonged to the Woman’s City Club of Grand Rapids and enjoyed reading. Visitation Wed at Rupert Durham of Vicksburg. Services will be held Thu morning at 10am. Graveside services will be conducted at 1:30pm Thu at Maple Grove Cemetery in Fremont. The family suggests memorials may be directed to the Vicksburg United Methodist Church or the Vicksburg Library.
