Virginia R. Bruneel, 58, of Kalkaska, died Tue, Jun 17, 1997, at Munson Medical Center.
Mrs. Bruneel made her home in Detroit until 21 years ago, when she moved to Kalkaska. She enjoyed bingo and movies.
She was born in Detroit on Nov 23, 1938, to Joseph and Virginia Orlando Best.
She married Henry Bruneel on Jul 13, 1957 in Angola, IN. He preceded her in death on Feb 16, 1996.
Surviving are sons Robert (Dawn Perenchio) Bruneel of St. Clair Shores, and Frank (Karen Brumitt) Bruneel of Hazel Park; daughters Debra (Cecil Cook) Troup and Donna (Scott O'Brien) Bruneel, both of Kalkaska; sister Betty Griffen of FL; and eight grandchildren.
Son Steven Bruneel and sister Vivian Irvin preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held Jun 19 at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Rev. Scott Rhoades, pastor of New Life Assembly of God officiated. Cremation followed funeral service.
