Verna L Ellis, 94, formerly of Ann Arbor and South Boardman, died Thu, Apr 26, 2001, in Waynesville, OH.
She was a member of the REOG Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Sains Community of Christ Church and was a former volunteer for the American Red Cross. She was born Apr 14, 1907 in Eagleville, MO to Edward G and Zelta (Braybrooks) Harp. Her husband Fred Ellis preceded her in death in 1979.
She is survived by son and daughter in law, F. Richard and Nancy Ellis of Waynesville, OH; daughter and son in law, JoAnn and Donald Holzhauer of Beaver Island; grandchildren, Stephen P and Rebecca J Holzhauer, Scott Ellis, and DeeAnn Gibbons; and 12 great grandchildren.
Graveside services were May 2 at the Boardman Township Cemetery, South Boardman.
