Fay Bungard, age 83, of Elkton, MD, passed away Mon, Apr 16, 2018. Born in Hagerstown, MD, on Aug 14, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Walter J and Anna Mulligan Revell.
Mrs. Bungard was a licensed practical nurse, and retired from Devine Haven Nursing Home, Elkton. She previously worked for Harford Memorial Hospital, Havre de Grace, MD, and Washington County Hospital, Hagerstown. Mrs. Bungard was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Elkton, and the Cecil County Historical Society. She enjoyed reading and swimming.
Survivors include her daughter, Delores R. Koenig and husband Peter, Sr, Elkton, MD; grandchildren, Tony Bramble, Burl Hamm III, Theresa Koenig and Peter Koenig, Jr; and great granddaughters, Kylee and Amiah.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bungard was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald L Bungard; and brothers, Irvin Fardulis and Glen Revell.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm, Fri, Apr 20, 2018, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton St, Elkton, MD, where visitation will begin at 1 pm. Interment will be in Cherry Hill Methodist Cemetery, Cherry Hill, MD.
