Tina Marie Culbertson, 21, of Kalkaska died Thursday, Dec. 14, 1989, at Traverse City Osteopathic Hospital.
Ms. Culbertson had been a resident of Kalkaska for the past year, moving here from Flint and Howell.
She was born in Howell on October 13, 1968.
Surviving are one sons, Corey Keith Culbertson, and one daughter, Tosha Lynn Bannister, both at home; her mother and stepfather, Charles and Frances Ray of Kalkaska; one brother, Richard Bannister of California; one sister, Jane Bannister of Flint; her maternal grandparents , the Orville Coffeys of Howell; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec 19, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Rev. Dan Davis officiated. Cremation followed the funeral services.
