Thomas W. Ryan, 56, of Kalkaska, died Mon, Mar 31, 1997, at his residence.
Mr. Ryan moved to Kalkaska 13 years ago from Three Oaks. He was employed as plant manager of Kalkaska Screw Products Company. He enjoyed bowling and his family, especially his grandchildren.
Born in Detroit Jul 28, 1940, the son of John and Nettie Wilson Ryan. On Oct 5, 1972, in Detroit he married Barbara Widmayer who survives.
Also surviving are sons Richard Matley and Scott Matley both of Kalkaska; daughters Lisa West of Dearborn Heights, Lori Phelps of Westland, Cherie Bostwick of Traverse City, and Cassandra Ryan of Kalkaska; brothers John Ryan of Romulus and Michael Ryan of Taylor; sister Patricia Char of Wayne; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am Thursday at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Larry Brown, pastor of the M-72 Church of Christ, will officiate.
Cremation will follow funeral services.
