Theodore (Ted) C. Goss, 77, McKnightstown, died at 3:30 am today at the Warner Hospital.
Born in Alabama, he was a son fo the late Winfield S. and Laura Massic Goss. He was a justice of the peace in Franklin Twp. For two terms and served as tax collector in the same township for two terms. Mr. Goss worked as an electrical engineer until his retirement. A veteran of WWI, Mr. Goss served as a Sergeant First Class in the US Army with the medical corps. He was a member of the Ira E. Lady Post 262 American Legion, Biglerville. He was twice married. His first wife, Foy Berry Goss is deceased.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mildred Revell Goss; one brother, Richard M Goss, Knoxville, TN; and one step daughter, Mrs. Ruth R. Davies, Summerville, NJ.
Funeral services will be Fri at 2pm from the Peters Funeral Home with Rev. Edwin W. Coddington officiating. Interment will be in McKnightstown Cemetery. There will be no viewing.
