Thelma M. Adams, 68, of Fife Lake, died Saturday at home.
A resident of Fife Lake for the past 10 years, she was born June 26, 1930, in Pikeville, KY., the daughter of Doc and Alto (Blackburn) Murphy.
Thelma is survived by four daughters, Wanda Crockett of Covington, KY, Linda (Sonny) Insprucker of Dunnellon, Fla, Judy Davis of Fife Lake, and Lola (Rick) Hughes of Cedartown, GA; one son, Larry (Joal) Adams of Manton; one sister, Mae (Chester) Akers of Pikeville, KY; two brothers, Junior (Faun) Porter of Oakwood, VA and Charles (Fae) Murphy of Pikeville, KY; 22 grandchildren; and 42 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Covell-Smith Funeral Home in Kingsley, where friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in Clark Cemetery in Fife Lake.
