Susan A Reehl, 63, of Bad Axe passed away Tue, Jun 3, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family and friends.
She was born on May 17, 1951 in Detroit, daughter of the late Clair and Anna (DeChane) Raftery. She married Gary Reehl on Aug 16, 1984, in Bad Axe.
Sue enjoyed shopping, walking, bowling, and spending time with family, friends, and especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Reehl of Bad Axe; three daughters, Lori Neumann and special friend Pat Osentoski of Bad Axe, Melodie (Brian) Kociba of Bad Axe and Rebecca (Eric) Good of Midland; mother in law, Josephine Reel of Bad Axe; two brothers, David (Kathi) Raftery of Bad Axe and Ron (Marcy) Raftery of Moore, OK; nine grandchildren, Dean Scoviac and special friend Clara Yaroch of Bad Axe, Jacob Bambach of Bad Axe, Ryan Bambach of Bad Axe, Alexis Dixon of Lansing, Madison Kociba of Bad Axe, Logan Kociba of Bad Axe, Emma Kociba of Bad Axe, Owen Kociba of Bad Axe and Elliot Good of Midland; and two great grandchildren, Lucas Bambach and Meya Bambach of Bad Axe.
She was predeceased by a son, Todd Adams.
Services will be conducted at 11 am Friday, at the Kaufman Funeral Home in Bad Axe. Officiating will be the Rev. David Thomas. Burial will be in Colfax Cemetery.
Visitors may call from 1 – 8 pm Thursday at Kaufman Funeral Home, or from 10 am until the time of service Friday.
