Sandra J Parker, 65, of Mancelona passed away on Sun, May 14, 2006, after a long illness surrounded by her family.
She was the beloved sister of Allen "Mike" (Lee Ann) Parker of Johannesburg, Larry J (Mary "Linda") Parker of Gaylord, Tom (Brenda) Blanshan of Kalkaska, William Blanshan of Huston, TX, and Paula E Homan of Mancelona; and the loved aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Sandy was born on Jun 28, 1940, in Kalkaska, the daughter of the late Jack and Ellen (Peck) Parker-Blanshan. She was a lifelong resident of Mancleona. Sandy worked at Dura for 30 years when she retired.
Sandy was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Linda Robinson.
Funeral services will be held Wed, May 17 at 1 pm at Wolfe-O'Neill Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Dan Johnson of the Kalkaska Church of Christ will officiate. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
