Samantha “Sam” Kleeman, 41, of Mancelona, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at her home. She was born on October 6, 1977 to Kenneth and Denise (Smith) Kleeman.
Sam graduated from Bellaire High School in 1996. She loved being an “aunt” to her nephews and nieces. Her dogs were her children, Tuko, LouLou, and Dad’s dog Jack. Her hobbies included painting, drawing, Star Wars and Disney. Sam’s classmates from high school were still her close friends.
Sam is survived by her parents, Ken and Denise Kleeman of Mancelona; her sister, Holly (Chad) Draper of Ellsworth; nieces and nephews, Corbin Newton, Gavynn Newton, Sadie Newton, Zane Newton, Kenny Gilbert, Dalton Hosler, Tijaun Kleeman and Devlin Kleeman; and great nephew, Nova Kleeman.
Proceeding Sam in death was her sister, Amy Meteer in April 2016.
Visitation will be on Sunday, May 19th from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Wolfe-O’Neill Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Monday, at Antrim Church of Christ at 11:00 am with Pastor Mark McCool officiating. Burial will be at Coldsprings Twp. Cemetery.
