Russell R Taylor, Jr., 91, resident of Wheeling, WV, died Sat, Feb 1, 2020 at home.
He was born in Wheeling on Jan 19, 1929, son of the late Russell R Taylor Sr and Clara Polos Taylor.
Russell was a retired special agent with the Internal Revenue Service and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Wheeling. Russell was a very devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and was a good and faithful servant. He was a man of God. He loved cats and was a bird watcher.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Vera Turner.
Surviving is his loving wife, Joan Campbell Taylor; two children, Russell Ray Taylor, III (Chris) and Roxanna Morgan (Greg); grandchildren Lori Smith (Wayne), Russell Ray Taylor IV (Francienia), A.J. Wood (Kate), Brent Wood (Kelly), Casey Wood; step grandson, Jeremiah Morgan (Julie); great-grandchildren, Taylor Rayanne Smith, Kelby Ray Taylor, Blake Alexander Taylor, Makenna Ruth Taylor, Beckett Paul Taylor, Austin Wood, Autumn Wood, Lily Wood, Brenton Wood, Jr, Dylan wood, Sydney Wood and Sienna Wood; step granddaughter, Raegan Morgan; several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 on Wed, Feb 5, 2020. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
