Ronald R. Bloomquist, 70, of Kalkaska, died Wed, Jan 27, 1993 at his home.
A lifelong resident of Kalkaska, Mr. Bloomquist was a retired heavy equipment operator. He was a member of the Kalkaska Moose Lodge, and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was born in St. Louis Missouri on Jan 17, 1923, to Emil and Erma Hubbel Bloomquist.
Surviving are one son, Daniel Bloomquist of South Lyon; one sister, Betty Bruce of Saginaw; one half brother, Laurel Root of Kalkaska; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Emanuel Bloomquist.
Funeral services were held Sat, Jan 30, 1993, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. E. Dan Johnson officiated. Burial will be in Garfield Township Cemetery, Kalkaska County.
