Robert L. Jennings, 58, of Kalkaska, died Sunday evening, Dec. 10, 1989, at Munson Medical Center.
Mr. Jennings was a tool maker, and at a time of his death was employed by Dynamic Research and Development in Novi. He moved to Kalkaska 15 years ago from Garden City. He was affiliated with the Kalkaska United Methodist Church.
Mr. Jennings was born in Windsor, Ontario on March 30, 1931, to George and Mable Walden Jennings. He was married on June 30, 1956, in Redford Township, to Shirley Cardinal who survives.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Robert of Highland and Ray of Petoskey; two daughters, Laureen Henriet of Kalkaska and Margaret Jennings of Kalkaska; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, Gary Jennings, and one brother, Ronald Jennings.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Dec. 13, 1989, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Rev. Richard Riley officiated. Cremation followed funeral services.
