Robert Joseph “Bob” Friemoth, 81, died at 5:45 am on Jul 17, 2016 at St Rita’s Medical Center, Lima, OH.
Robert was born on Mar 5, 1935, in Delphos, OH, to the late August Friemoth and Margaret (Pohlman) Friemoth. On Sat, Apr 4, 1959, he married Ruth “Ruthie” (Ream) Friemoth. She survives in Lima.
He served in the US Air Force from 1953 to 1957. He was a member of St Charles Catholic Church. He retired from the United Telephone Company after more than 30 years and he liked camping, taking care of the yard, gardening and fishing.
He is survived by three sons, Steven (Audrey) Friemoth, of Lima, OH, Christopher (Yeyon) Friemoth of Columbus, OH, and Todd (Marcia) Friemoth, of Lima, OH; three grandchildren, Jeremy, Shawn, and Blake, and two great grandchildren, Landon and Emma; a brother, James (Cecilia) Friemoth, of Delphos, OH; two sisters, Betty Staup of Delphos, OH and Mary Jan (Art) Eversole of Middle Point, OH.
He was preceded in death by two step brothers, Richard Freimoth and Leo Friemoth, a sister, Carol Weisgerber, a brother David, Friemoth.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm on Fri, Jul 22, 2016 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, OH.
