Koeper, Jr; loving mother of Susan (David) Winnecour, Louis (Angel) Koeper III, Kathleen, Sandra (John) Warne, and Kurt Koeper; beloved grandmother of Amanda, Samantha, Michael, and John (Colleen) Warne; sister of the late Michael and William Young.
