Richard N Thompson, 62, of Kalkaska, died Wed, Apr 5, 2000, at his home.
He was born in Saginaw on May 5, 1937, the son of Phillip and Helen Pohlman Thompson. On Mar 17, 1956, in Saginaw, he married Leta Lutzke.
A retired bricklayer, Mr. Thompson had lived in Wheeler until 18 years ago when he moved to Kalkaska. He enjoyed hunting and the outdoors.
Surviving are wife Leta; sons Mark (Bonnie) Thompson of Wheeler, Rick (Pam) Thompson of Kalkaska, and John (Terri) Thompson of Gainsville, GA; daughters, Rebecca (David) Jerry and Renee (Tyler Nichols) Thompson, both of Kalkaska; mother Helen Thompson of Kalkaska; 14 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a brother and sister.
Memorial services will be at a later date.
