Rebecca S. Majiros, 49, of County Route 19, Beaver Dams, NY went to be with her Lord Thu, Feb 14, 2002 at Corning Hospital. She was born Nov 29, 1952 in Detroit, MI the daughter of Clarence Rusty and Deborah (Rubarth) Schwerin. Becky and David Majiros Sr were married Jun 16, 1973 in Warren, MI. She was a 1970 graduate of East Detroit High and a US Veteran serving in the Air Force. She was a LPN for the Campbell-Savona High School. Becky is survived by her husband, David Majiros Sr of Beaver Dams; sons, Nathan and daughter in law, Shannon Majiros of Rochester Hills, MI, David Majiros Jr of Wayland, NY and Jonathan Majiros at home; her mother, Deborah Schwerin of Clinton Township, MI; sisters, Sandra (Jim) Nave of Spring, TX and Renie (Dave) Eddleman of Sterling Heights, MI; aunt, Dorothy Hess of Madison Heights, MI and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, aunts and uncles. Friends are invited to call at the Acly-Stover Funeral Home, 327 East Second St, Corning today Feb 15, 2002 from 6pm to 8pm and Sat, Feb 16, 2002 from 9 am to 11am. Funeral services will follow calling hours at 11 am. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family at Bath National Cemetery, Bath, NY. Memorial donations in Becky’s name may be made to the Campbell-Savona High School Library Fund or Scholarship Fund or Corning Hospital.
