Mrs. Phyllis F. Felke, 72, of Kalkaska, died Saturday, April 7, 1990, at Meadows of Grayling.
Mrs. Felke moved to Kalkaska County from Birmingham in 1945. She was a member of the Bear Lake Christian Church and the V.F.W. Auxiliary. She enjoyed sewing, reading, and quilting.
Mrs. Felke was born in Mason on Aug. 4, 1917, to Carl and Blanche Dean Jewett. She was married on Jan. 15, 1944, in Birmingham to Walter Felke who preceded her to death on June 9, 1967.
Surviving are one son, Robert Felke of Kalkaska; one daughter, Barbara Irelan of Kalkaska; one sister, Virginia Johnson of Mason; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren and one niece.
Funeral services were held Monday, April 9, 1990, at the Bear Lake Christian Church. Pastor Walter Skrine officiated. Burial was in Excelsior Township Cemetery, Kalkaska County.
Arrangements were made by Wolfe Funeral Home, Kalkaska.
