Phillip W. Hill, 40, of Kalkaska, died Wednesday morning, Feb. 6, 1991 at his residence.
He moved to Kalkaska five years ago from Mount Pleasant, and at the time of his death was employed as area manager of Welltech, Inc. Mr. Hill was a former member of Ducks Unlimited, National Rifle Association, Michigan Oil & Gas Association, and the Safari Club. He enjoyed hunting, motorcycling, and driving horses and buggies.
Mr. Hill was born in Flora, Ill. on Apr 25, 1950 to Julius and Freda Vogts Hill. On Feb 24, 1979, in Mt. Pleasant, he was married to Judy Feliczak who survives.
Also surviving are one son, Tim Hill at home; two daughters, Tina Schafer of Elwell and Bobbie Jean Hill of Fla; his mother, Freda Hill of Neward, Ohio; two brothers, Ken Hill of Riverdale, and James Hill of Elwell; three sisters, Vickie Zuene of Pataskala, Ohio, Debra George of Kalkaska, and Rhonda Hill of Newark, Ohio; one grandson; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
