Peter Larry Weighman, Sr., 58, died Thursday, August 30, 1990 at home.
He had been a resident of Kalkaska since 1974. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the National Rifle Association. He was a member of St. Mary of the Woods Church.
Mr. Weighman was born December 24, 1931 in Saginaw to Peter Paul and Augusta (Duprey) Weighman. He was married to Laura Bradburn on April 20, 1957 in Saginaw, who survives.
Besides his wife, he is survived by six sons; Zachary P., Peter L., Martin A., Timothy J., Donald D., John P.,; seven daughters: Kathy L. Antaya, Mary A. Long, Kelly S. Adams, Laura M. Blanksvard, Gail E. Magley, Tanya G. and Aurora E. Weighman; 10 grandchildren; one sister, Betty Cross and one brother, Wesley Weighman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, two brothers, and one gradnson, Jacob Antaya.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church with Fr. Patrick Barrett officiating on Sunday, Sept. 2, Burial was at the chruch cemetery at Barker Creek.
