Mr. Paul Anthony Sewell Jr, 29, of Gaylord, died peacefully Sat, Dec 3, 2016 at McLaren Northern Michigan hospital in Petoskey.
He was born on Apr 10, 1987, in Taegu, South Korea. Paul lived between Gaylord and Ionia most of his life, graduating in 2005 from Ionia High School. After graduation, he attended Montcalm Community College before joining the Army. He worked at Cooper Standard in Gaylord for the last year.
Paul loved to spend his spare time reading books. He also enjoyed Asian food, most specifically curry rice and bulgogi. Paul enjoyed time spent with friends and valued his friendships. He will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his parents, Paul (Glennes) Sewell of Gaylord; brother, Josh Sewell of Ionia; best buddy, Abe Woodcox of Montgomery, IL; aunt, Kim (Joel) Wasylewski of Elmira; uncles, Jeff (Becky) Sewell of Elmira, Mark (Geri) Sewell of Fort Wayne, IN, and John (Joy) Page of Marquette; and grandfather, Donald Page of Sault Ste Marie.
As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a graveside memorial held at a later date.
