Myrtle M. Cook, 75, 508 W. Franklin St, died Tuesday in Blackford County Hospital.
She is survived by five sons, Robert Hammond, Woodbridge, CT, Bill Hammond, Columbia City, Bud Hammond, Grand Rapids, MI, Jess Hammond, Woodstock, GA, and Larry Hurley, Albion; two daughters, Betty Dodds and Sharon Alfrey both of Hartford City.
She was preceded in death by two husband, Jesse Hammond and Russell H. Cook.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Keplinger Funeral Home.
