Minerva J Kibby, 75, of Kalkaska passed away on May 9, 2005, at the Kalkaska Memorial Health Center- Long Term Care.
She was born in St. Johns on Jul 9, 1929, the daughter of William and Margaret (Voorhees) Mason.
Minerva married Louis M Kibby in Muskegon. She was a faithful member of the Evergreen Bible Baptist Church for 10 years.
Surviving are her children, Steve (Julia) Kibby of Fife Lake, and Caroline Mae (Sid) Hartsell of Farmington, NM; 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; brother, Herschel (Vera) Mason of South Boardman; and many nieces and nephews.
Minerva was preceded in death by her husband, Louis; son, James Robert Kibby; and brother, Jimmy Mason.
Funeral services will be held Wed, May 11, at 11 am at Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska, with the Rev. William Kuiper of Evergreen Bible Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in Boardman Township Cemetery.
